On the eve of the Chinese New Year Lantern Festival, the wheeled gantry crane (RTG) independently developed by Shandong Honfu Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully tested and shipped to Gwadar Port in Pakistan.

The wheeled gantry crane is powered by diesel engine AC generator set and adopts digital frequency conversion speed regulation, which can move in two directions in the container field. With flexible and convenient steering.

The wheeled gantry crane adopts AC or DC speed regulation system, which has good speed regulation and constant power control, and can automatically adjust the lifting speed according to different weights in the box. The whole vehicle adopts artificial intelligence control system.

Safety facilities, with overload protection, water temperature is too high and oil pressure is too low signal device, wind speed indicator, anti-typhoon anchoring device, emergency stop button and the limit switch and signal indication of various institutions.

In addition, the RTG can also be optional DGPS(satellite automatic positioning system), ECMS, RCMS(fault display and contact with the central control room system) and facilitate the steering of large vehicles and reduce tire wear and other equipment.

According to reports, Pakistan’s Gwadar port is located near the throat of the strategically important Persian Gulf, which is tight from Africa and Europe through the Red Sea, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Persian Gulf to the throat of several important maritime routes in East Asia and the Pacific. Gwadar is about 400 kilometers from the Strait of Hormuz, the main route for global oil supplies. It is an important channel to ensure China’s oil lifeline. It is an important part of China’s “One Belt, One Road” strategy.
