5-Ton LX Suspension Cranes for Space-Saving Material Handling

The delivered equipment consists of four LX-type 5-ton single-girder suspension cranes, designed for efficient material handling in industrial workshops. With a compact structure and stable lifting performance, these LX suspension cranes are particularly suitable for factories with low ceilings, limited headroom, and restricted floor space. Professional Crane Installation and Load Testing in Russia

Upon arrival at the customer’s facility in Vladivostok, Hongfu’s engineers carried out the installation and commissioning work according to the site’s structural conditions and applicable Russian standards. The work included rail alignment, main girder assembly, hoist installation, electrical wiring, and safety limit switch inspection.

After installation, the team conducted no-load and load tests using standard test weights. Lifting, traveling, and braking functions were carefully checked to verify the equipment’s operational stability and safety performance. The cranes also successfully passed a 125% overload test, equivalent to 6.25 tons for each 5-ton crane, under the testing requirements applied by the local Russian inspection authority.

Following the inspection and acceptance process, all four cranes were successfully delivered for operation. The customer expressed satisfaction with Hongfu’s product quality, professional installation, and efficient overseas service.
